Cancellation Policy
At Grabbmart, operated by Lunica Group LLC, we utilize an expedited automated fulfillment system to ensure your products reach you as quickly as possible. Due to this high speed processing, the window for changes or cancellations is very narrow.
1. The 3 Hour Cancellation Window
Customers may request a cancellation within 3 hours of placing their order.
Eligibility: A full refund is only guaranteed if the cancellation request is received within this 3 hour window AND the order has not yet entered our automated "In Processing" stage.
Why 3 hours? To maintain fast delivery times for our US and international customers, our system transmits order data directly to our global fulfillment centers shortly after purchase.
2. Orders "In Processing" or "Shipped"
Once an order moves into the "In Processing" or "Shipped" status even if it is within the 3 hour window it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
- At this stage, the order is already being picked, packed, or handed over to the carrier.
- If your cancellation is denied because the order is already in processing, you may follow our Return Policy once the item arrives.
3. Urgent Cancellation Procedure
To request a cancellation, you must email us immediately at support@grabbmart.com with the subject line: "URGENT: Cancellation Request - [Your Order Number].
Please note that sending an email does not automatically cancel the order. Our support team must manually confirm that the order has been successfully intercepted before it reaches the warehouse.
4. Refused Deliveries & Address Errors
Refused Deliveries: If you decide you no longer want the order after it has been shipped, please do not refuse the delivery. Refused packages are often discarded by carriers and are not eligible for refunds. You must accept the package and initiate a return through our official channels.
Incorrect Information: It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate details. Grabbmart is not responsible for orders that cannot be cancelled due to automated processing if the buyer provided incorrect sizes, colors, or addresses.
5. Governing Law
Any disputes regarding order cancellations shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, as per our Terms of Service.
