Returns & Refund

At Grabbmart, operated by Lunica Group LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our guidelines carefully. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you must contact us at support@grabbmart.com within 3 days of delivery.

Evidence Required: You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the defect.

Resolution: We will provide a replacement or a store credit at no additional cost.

Time Limit: Claims submitted after the 3 day window are strictly ineligible for replacement or refund.

2. Standard Returns (30 Day Window)

If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Important: The address on the original shipping label is NOT our return facility. Any items sent there will be lost and no refund will be issued. You must contact us for the correct US based return address.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

- Customized, personalized, or made to order products.

- Perishable goods, intimate items, or sanitary products.

- Items damaged due to customer misuse or normal wear and tear.

- Orders returned without prior written authorization from our team.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Grabbmart is not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

- If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot find the package, please contact your local carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx) immediately.

- We recommend filing a formal police report if you suspect mail theft.

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before they enter the "Processing" stage. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Inspection: Refunds are only triggered after our facility inspects the returned item.

Timeframe: Funds typically appear in your account within 2-7 business days, depending on your bank.

7. Governing Law

Any disputes regarding refunds or returns shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
