At Grabbmart, operated by Lunica Group LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a reliable customer experience. Please review the following Return & Refund Policy carefully, as it outlines your rights and responsibilities when placing an order with us. By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take product quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing fault, please notify our support team promptly.

  • Notification Window: You must contact us at support@grabbmart.com within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
  • Evidence Requirement: To process your claim, you are required to provide clear photo or video evidence showing the damage or defect. Claims submitted without sufficient proof will not be approved.
  • Resolution Options: Upon verification, we will offer one of the following at no additional cost to you:
    • A replacement item
    • Store credit equivalent to the purchase value
  • Strict Deadline: Claims submitted after the 3-day reporting window are strictly ineligible for replacement, refund, or store credit.

Standard Returns (30-Day Return Window)

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

  • Return Eligibility Period: Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery confirmation.
  • Item Condition Requirements: Returned items must be:
    • Unused and unwashed
    • Free from wear, damage, or alterations
    • In original packaging, including all accessories and inserts
  • Return Shipping Costs: All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Important Return Address Notice: The address shown on the original shipping label is NOT our return facility. Items sent to that address will be permanently lost and no refund will be issued. You must contact our support team to obtain the correct return address before shipping any return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products
  • Perishable goods, intimate apparel, or sanitary items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
  • Any item returned without prior written authorization from Grabbmart support

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a shipment is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Grabbmart is not liable for:

  • Lost packages after delivery confirmation
  • Stolen packages
  • Incorrect delivery claims without carrier confirmation

Recommended Actions: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package:

  • Contact your local carrier immediately (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
  • Check with neighbors or property management
  • File a police report if mail theft is suspected

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled under very limited conditions.

  • Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase or before entering the "Processing" stage, whichever occurs first.
  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Refund Processing

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Inspection Requirement: All returned items must be received and inspected by our facility before a refund is authorized.
  • Processing Time: After approval, refunds typically appear within 2-7 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Please note that processing times may vary and are outside of our direct control.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage customers to contact support@grabbmart.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks, false claims, or disputes filed without prior communication may result in:

  • Permanent account restrictions
  • Loss of refund eligibility
  • Submission of evidence to the payment processor, including delivery confirmation, tracking data, and correspondence

Grabbmart reserves the right to dispute any chargeback deemed fraudulent or abusive.

Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned-to-Sender Packages

If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned to the sender due to customer inaction, incorrect information, or failure to accept delivery:

  • The customer remains responsible for all shipping costs
  • A refund, if approved, will exclude original shipping fees and any return handling costs
  • Store credit may be issued at our discretion

Orders returned under these circumstances are not considered standard returns.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

Grabbmart is not liable for:

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Delays or losses caused by incomplete or invalid address information

If a package is returned due to an address error, reshipment will require additional shipping fees.

Policy Modifications & Final Authority

Grabbmart reserves the right to update, modify, or amend this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice.

The version published on our website at the time of purchase shall apply. All decisions made by Grabbmart regarding refunds, returns, or disputes are final.

Governing Law

This Refund & Return Policy, and any disputes arising from it, shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
