We believe in simple pricing. That’s why we offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders, regardless of your location.
2. Processing Time
Order Processing: 1-3 business days.
Once your order is processed, it is handed over to our logistics partners for international transit.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Since we ship directly from our international fulfillment centers to keep our prices low, delivery times vary based on your location:
United States: 8-15 business days
United Kingdom: 7-12 business days
Canada: 10-20 business days (Due to stricter customs processing)
Australia & New Zealand: 10-18 business days
European Union (Netherlands, Germany, France, etc.): 8-15 business days
Rest of the World: 15-25 business days
Please note: These are estimates. Factors such as local postal delays, customs clearance, and high demand seasons may slightly impact these timeframes.
4. Tracking Your Order
Every order includes a tracking number.
You will receive your tracking link via email as soon as the package is dispatched.
Note: International tracking numbers may take 3-5 days to show updates as the package moves between logistics hubs.
5. Why Is My Order Coming in Multiple Packages?
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped from different specialized warehouses to ensure you get each product as quickly as possible. Do not worry if one item arrives before the other.
6. Customs & Import Duties
Grabbmart covers most logistics costs, but any local customs fees or import duties imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, please contact us at support@grabbmart.com. We will investigate and, if necessary, provide a replacement or a full refund.
